**Q: Does this work on clothes with oil on them? (Mechanics Clothing)**
A: no

**Q: Would this work to remove that stinky pre-teen hormonal smell from clothes?**
A: This is the best product I have ever found to remove human body odor and leave no trace of itself.. As far as pre-teen, I cannot address that specifically.

**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: I could find no complete listing of ingredients on my atsko bottle. Like the previous reply I saw the biodegradable vegetable surfactants.  I went to Atsko's website and there was an article titled *The Detergent Conspiracy" In that article I found where they mentioned one of the ingredients in their product. Here is the paragraph directly from the article:Sport-Wash RFD is READILY biodegradable so it actually helps your septic system operate more efficiently. It is renewable, made from coconut based straight chain surfactants and cannot cause skin irritation because it rinses away completely. Optical brighteners found in other detergents are so indestructible in the environment that population studies often utilize data gathered by measuring the amount of brighteners found in rivers, lakes, and streams. In Sport-Wash we never use optical brighteners of any kind."  If you would like to read the article yourself, just google Atsko Sport Wash and you will see their website to choose.  Hope that helps.  I have used the product for years for hunting clothes and good down filled jackets. It makes them like new again.

**Q: Can you wash the inside of goretex gloves with this, or just the outside?**
A: I may possibly be misinterpreting your question. Sportwash is laundry detergent, so it is designed to be used in a washing machine. It can be used for hand washing items, as well, because it rinses clean without residue (which is what makes it Gore-Tex safe). I just wash my heavier insulated Gore-Tex gloves in the washing machine with this. If you are referring to a 2-piece globe with a liner, check the labels for whether it can be machine washed (and Sportwash can be used for either method). By being residue free, this product does not clog the membrane to affect the breathability of Gore-Tex, nor does it coat the fibers causing the garment to soak through and loose it’s water-proofing.
