But wearing it on a daily basis will definitely help to keep you tummy in check whenever you eat and it creates heat so I truly believe it’s burning 🔥 the fat as well and it gives you great posture it’s a great product. **Q: How noticeable is it under clothes?** A: It you’re wearing something thin it will be noticeable so what I do is I use my bag or my hands by folding then in front of the area until I’m seated **Q: which is better among latex, breathable latex &steel bones. I got breathable latex, its my first time for waist training, not sure made right choice?** A: It is very tight and structured and it can make it hard to breathe if you have never done this before. You might want to get something that is not as structured for starting and then work your way up to this! **Q: I’m 5’5 weight 183 and my waist is 38 inches I wear a size 7 in jeans and medium in shirt what size should I get?** A: Medium or large my waist is 30-31 but I fit the medium to its tightest notch ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐ H.nguyen *by L***5 on Reviewed in Germany on 21 January 2020* Alles ok ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ check your measurements! *by S***1 on Reviewed in the United States on 14 March 2021* I am 5'5 and 135 lb. I initially ordered the 25 steel boned black one and found that my torso was too short for it! I knew my torso was a bit short but when I put on the 25 steel boned black it covered part of my chest and part of my butt. I returned it! The short torso one fits me a LOT better. I can breathe better in it. Even though there are less steel bones in the short torso one, I feel like there is still a lot of support! My waist is 27.5" or 69.5cm. I got the small and it is a squeeze! But I purposely got a smaller size hoping it would hold in more of my waist. A medium would've been more comfortable but it wouldn't have been too different from my current waist size. KEEP IN MIND: order the size you want your waist to be rather than the size your waist actually is. Luckily for me I was between a small and a medium and was able to size down! ### ⭐ DO NOT BUY!! *by L***L on Reviewed in the United States on 1 March 2022* I bought this product about a week ago wore it for maybe 5 hours and it started to be itchy and uncomfortable, these pictures are 4 days after. I have not wore it again since that time. My skin itches and is in hives i’m going to the doctor because it is continuously getting worse!
