A: There is a seal on the back attached to the barcode that is broken once you twist the top open.

**Q: How well does the color stay on?  Will it rub off or transfer onto -if wearing a mask?**
A: I’ve had pretty fair results as far as staying on. Several hours for example. But, yes, it does smudge off on a mask.

A: It’s moist but not sticky. It’s not completely dry either

Works pretty darn good! After drinking a large coffee there was a tiny bit of transfer, maybe if I'd waited a couple more minutes after applying the lip color it wouldn't have happened. BUT I just ate lunch, and the picture below shows how well it's stayed on, after the coffee and lunch. It has a tiny bit of stickiness to it, but within the longevity you get out the lip color, I'm fine with it! 4 ⭐️ because of the slight stickiness.
