Do I need anything else like ice 10 cream?** A: If your hair is very yellow or slight blorange this will work. The only time you would want to do 10ice is if you are a level 8 or above. Ie, you want it lighter after you already have a level 8 and want it even lighter. If you have a level 7 or below you would want to pre lighten. Otherwise the colour will just turn your hair orange. You can also up the lift on 10ice by adding no more than 20% ml00. That can help you bump up 1 to 2 shades lighter. **Q: Do I need to add a developer with this and do I add a super lightener with the bleach? I have light hair now but need to do my roots** A: You need to use 30 or 40 vol with the high lift. It's a 1:2 ratio. If your roots are natural high lift will work. You cannot use high lift on hair that's been dyed. High lift is made to lift hair that hasn't been colored. So for roots you can do high lift if you're a level 6 or above. If not you can do your roots with the violet cream bleach, or, powders which come in blue, violet, and white, or you can use Ml00. Then tone 1:2 and you're golden. Can I use T.21 & 9.11 with 10vol for home fix/maintenance?** A: I would have to see your hair to really answer you correctly, if you still have orange at the root that means the bleach was not left on long enough. you may want to try a darker silver at the base where it's too orangey and a lighter silver at the root, like an ombré. If you arent satisfied with your hair color you honestly should go back to the stylist right away, have the salon re do it or re tone it. I dye my hair with 10.1 and 30 vol, no bleach. I applied with 10 vol and no result at all, it didn't remove the orange tone. It seems to work on highly bleached hair. If your hair is not bleached, don't buy it, it won't work.
