Nope. Solid build. Rigged up a pressure test and easily cranked down 220mm of pressure with the windlass, without much effort at all. The windlass is solid plastic and does not flex, the Velcro strap is beefy, and the buckle is solid plastic. I’m happy for sure. No doubt I could stem the flow of a deep laceration or puncture with this tourniquet. Update: Compared these to a brand name CAT and found little difference. The windlass on the the CAT had a bit more girth, but the windlass on these doesn’t flex at all. A wash. The straps and buckles nearly identical. The owner of the CAT is ordering a few of these as well.
