I know another product has tapioca starch does this have it?** A: There is no way this is actually freeze dried strawberry. Look at actual freeze dried strawberry powder and it is far more expensive than this. This is likely a starch with flavoring added. To get 8oz of real powder you’d need 5lbs of strawberries and around 24-36hours of freezing in a commercial machine. $10? No way. **Q: Country of origin of strawberries?** A: I emailed them the other day, and they told me that the strawberry powder is currently sourced from China. **Q: What kind of drying / carrier agent used? What percentage?** A: The product is freeze-dried and so I don't believe there is anything used to dry or add as carrier agent. You could check out their website, www.naturerestore.com. I looked there but they didn't list anything except the strawberries. **Q: How many equilvalent strawberries in a a pack?** A: Whole freeze dried strawberries have about a 10-1 ratio to fresh strawberries. Our product is freeze-dried strawberry powder so it is difficult to determine exactly how many strawberries since they also come in different sizes.
