When I opened the bag I was surprised by all the pieces of cranberry in it. I’ve been trying all the different types of hay to find out which is his favorite and so far it’s this, carrot of course and marigold. I always keep all three so I can mix it up for him so he’s not always having to eat the same thing every day. He loves them! Highly recommend!!

**Q: Isn't there supposed to be 3 bags of hay when purchased?  I only received two.**
A: I did get 3 bags of hay in mine.  I think you can reach out to the seller and inform them of this and I hope you get another free bag for your troubles.  :-)

**Q: How long does one 24 ounce bag last?**
A: Since we don't know your usage (how many pets, species, how much) we can't give you a definitive answer.  Feel free to call the Kaytee Team at 800-529-8331 to discuss your specific situation.

**Q: Can it be used for hamsters?**
A: Yes. My hamster loved eating hay. They also enjoy dried mealworms.

**Q: Would this be ok for my finches to use in their little house?**
A: Hey, Product failures of course can occur to any product line, but I have found Kaytee products to always be fresh and top shelf. Their product line does tend to be a relatively stable hay and grass, but good is good! I think Kaytee must care, who else cares about Exotics but them and a few others? I and my wabbit, Mokita do appreciate Kaytee. :))
