Firstly, it says that it contains three non-replaceable cell batteries. This is not the case. There’s a battery cover on the bottom (you’ll need a screwdriver) and it needs 3 x AA batteries (not included). The box does contain a leaflet that says this, but there’s no way of knowing this information before you open it. It also says that six phrases are spoken, including “Pivot”. This is not one of the phrases. Ross says: “We were on a break”, “I’m fine” and “I’m the holiday armadillo”. All quite easy to make out. Rachel’s voice is a bit less distinct. She says: “I got off the plane” ...and I have honestly forgotten the two other things... nothing iconically Rachel though. The figures come off - presumably to be played with - but you need to put them back on the right spots to get the right phrases. They are about 3 inches tall (that’s a guess as I wrapped it before writing this review).All in all, it’s okay. I’m giving it to an avid Friends fan who already has all the Funko Pop things and who will probably like it no matter what, but there’s better merchandise out there and definitely better-described items! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun gift *by M***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 November 2021* Gift for my Friends obsessed Son.
