The only difference is the smell, colour and thickness. This product smells a lot nicer and is not as thick which makes it easier to apply moisteriser on top. It has made my skin softer, less red and more even toned and most importantly gotten rid of my acne. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and will be buying it again when I run out. I have probably used just less than a third in a month so this one will probably last me at least another 2 months. - Edit - I forgot to say this serum is quite sticky on the face especially if you put too much on although it doesn't bother me.
