The title says Firm, but the photo shows Flex.** A: If you read the fine print, it says firm hold. This is very good hairspray.. **Q: Quick question, is this spray for females only? or this can be unisex?** A: any one can use this great spray! **Q: Does it really take a month to receive this?** A: I usually get mine rightaway.... I am a Prime Member, though, if that makes a difference. **Q: Is this good to hold curls?** A: In my opinion it is good to hold curls and body. I live in Texas and about 90% of the time it is very humid here. On super humid days I usually do one light spray with the 54 firm hold, let it dry completely then spray 2 light sprays with the 54 natural hold allowing the spray to dry completely each time. It works great and feels very natural - not stiff, sticky or heavy. On less humid days a couple light sprays of the 54 Natural works fine. I might also add that my hair is very fine and hard to hold curl and body. I love the Chi hair spray and have used it for about 5 years. I haven't found anything else that compares.
