It was very curly the first couple of cast, (I am guessing that was due to the line conditioner since that has happened with other brands to), but after that it has been great. UPDATE: After more use than I care to admit, this line is still holding up just fine. I would say that suffix sage is a little stronger in the same pound test, but this line works great.
