A: Thank you for your question.  These do not contain glitter.

**Q: Are these firm enough to sit on without the block squishing? I intend to use them as a low cost meditation stool, which won't work if they're too soft**
A: They are not made for sitting or standing on.  They are for balance support when doing different yoga poses. They are made of firm foam.  I would not suggest using them for sitting or standing on.

**Q: are these latex free?**
A: The blocks are made of 100% EVA Foam and are latex-free.
