## Overview

Mad Dog Concepts Boys Pajama Pants are soft, warm microfleece bottoms designed for boys ages 6 to 20. Machine washable and available in multiple sizes and styles, they’re a top-rated choice for fall and winter sleepwear.

## Features

- Sizes 6-8, 10-12, 14-16 and 18-20, How to Choose: These boys pajama pants come in sizes 6-8 to 18-20 depending on the design, and are sized by age, but kids grow differently, so check the size chart and choose by inseam, not just age. For sizes 10-12 and up, if your child is between sizes, the smaller size is often the better length. Elastic waistbands for sleep and play at home.
- Warm Microfleece for Fall and Winter: Made of 100% polyester microfleece, a soft, warm and cozy fabric. It is warmer and heavier than summer pajamas, so your child stays cozy through cold nights, or wears them as boys sweatpants on lazy weekends at home. Machine washable. A cozy Christmas or birthday gift for boys, tweens and teens.
- Soft, Simple Comfort: Our 3-pack of printed and plaid pajama pants for boys is made for comfort and ease. A gentle stretch waistband stays in place without any adjusting, and there is no drawstring to tie. The clean, pocket-free design keeps them smooth and distraction-free for sleep.
- Versatile Colors & Styles: Our fuzzy kids pajamas come in a variety of colors in plaid and cute prints that go well with your child's favorite T-shirt. Choose the design that best matches your boy.
- About Mad Dog Concepts: Mad Dog Concepts was established in 2001 and designs family sleepwear. We specialize in comfortable pajamas for kids, teens and youth, created by our in-house design team.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best pj pants of 2026
*by on Reviewed in the United States August 28, 2026*

My son absolutely loves these pj pants. He is 10 at 4’10” and 94 lbs and we bought size 14-16 and they fit perfectly. They are a bit long and a little bigger in the waist to point he has to roll them to keep them up but overall, they are great and he is asking for more.As far as thickness, they aren’t so thick where they are hot but they keep him warm. They are also soooo soft, I wish I could fit into them hahaha.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soft and Durable
*by on Reviewed in the United States February 19, 2026*

My son loves these pj pants! They are soft and comfortable, it’s all he wants to wear now. The colors are bold and haven’t faded in the wash. They seem to be of good quality, no stretching or rips (and my boys play a bit wild). I did end up sizing up as the two choices were 6-8 or 10-12 and I have an 8 and 9 year old. They seem true to size so a bit big as expected. Highly recommend and would buy again.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ True to size and nice quality!

Super soft and fit perfectly!
