**Q: Will this seal the bottom of my hot tub?**
A: If you pre sand the surface, scuff it, yes, it should.

**Q: Hi, I bought Pond Armor to seal a glazed ceramic pot that is designed to hold a water feature. Is it possible / necessary to acid etch this? There are hairline cracks.**
A: Yes, you must do the acid etch.  If cracks can be filled, after etch, fill with quickcrete and allow to dry 24hours. Then apply Epoxy

**Q: Hello, will this work on a reptile cage made out of Melamine board?**
A: Greetings, thank you for your question. Because some Melamine board has a smooth surface you might want to roughen up the surface a little to help the product to adhere. According to the manufacturer, sanding and cleaning a surface so that the finish feels like 60-grit sandpaper is enough to get Pond Shield to adhere. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact Pond & Garden Depot.

**Q: What’s the best way to clean white pond shield? Ours turned very yellow :(**
A: Mine also turned yellow too.  I don't have a solution.  Maybe change brands next time.  May try a bleach solution.  I like white.
