I am always id pain due to my neck. I use a neck traction device daily as I continue to work out as I need to keep fit, strong and healthy. I have tries so many things and This has helped so far, it is so much better than just padding, you can really feel the load shifted to the shoulder off the neck. I have had repeated months where I could do nothing and stopped working out al together because my neck was so bad. Looking forward to continued use and getting stronger. ### ⭐⭐ Drat! *by L***E on Reviewed in Canada 🇨🇦 on 13 May 2019* This seems great when it's in your hands...it's sturdy yet is bendable, it sits nicely on my shoulders...however, in use, well that's a different story. It is extremely uncomfortable, hard and the bend-ability goes away....I find using the bare bar on the back of my neck the lesser of the two evils. I tried to give it away but it doesn't fit larger men at all (6'4' athletic). If you are a woman or small/average man and are using this for physio or lighter weights than this is a useful product but this is not for bodybuilders and heavy weight training. ## Frequently Bought Together - Sunny Health & Fitness Cobra Barbell Neck & Shoulder Bar Support Protective Pad for Weight Lifting, Squatting and Shoulder Press - Aoruilia Creatine Gummies for Men & Women 5000mg 60 Chewable Creatine Monohydrate Gummies for Muscle Strength & Growth Sugar Free Pre-Workout Supplementm Vegans gym (Blueberry Flavour) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/254920563-sunny-health-and-fitnessunisex-adult-no-075-sunny-health-fitness](https://www.desertcart.us/products/254920563-sunny-health-and-fitnessunisex-adult-no-075-sunny-health-fitness) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
