Lightweight and portable, it fits tapered wood chopsticks (~0.27 inch diameter) and is dishwasher safe, making it ideal for home, office, or dining out. ## Description Relearn chopsticks in one meal, without the kids cartoon look. This adult chopstick helper was designed in a Japanese style for grown ups, seniors and anyone with shaky hands or limited dexterity who wants to enjoy Chinese, Japanese or other Asian cuisine with confidence, at home or in a restaurant. How it works: The V shaped hinge with 2 slots binds both sticks so they stay aligned and will not detach. Adjust the height of the helper to fit your hand. A simple guide is printed on the packaging, and the same helper suits right or left handed users. What it fits: Tapered wood or bamboo chopsticks around 0.27 inch (0.7 cm) top diameter, including similar size disposable takeout pairs. It does not fit every size, so please check the diameter first. Why POM and not silicone: The helper is made of food grade POM engineering plastic, widely chosen in Japan because it is non-toxic, firm and has no silicone smell. BPA free, tested by an independent lab, dishwasher and microwave safe. Specification: Helper size: about 1.6 x 2.5 x 0.4 inches (4x6x1 cm), 0.35 oz (10 g). Chopstick length 9 inch (22.5 cm). Package : 9.5x2x0.2 inch (24x5x0.5 cm) Whole set (without packaging) : 0.9 oz (23 g), light enough for a purse or travel pouch. Color: pale green helper, natural wood chopsticks. Material: POM (Polyoxymethylene) helper, wood chopsticks. Package includes: 1 helper + 1 pair of wood chopsticks. One reusable helper keeps working with compatible pairs, so there is no need to keep buying new trainers. ## Features - LEARN IN MINUTES BEGINNER CHOPSTICKS: Pick up sushi, ramen, noodles or rice on the first try. The helper holds both sticks aligned so food stays in your pinch. Ideal practice chopsticks for beginners, learners and anyone relearning after years away. - TRAINER CHOPSTICKS for ADULTS, NO CARTOON: Kids trainers look childish at a restaurant table. This pale green Japanese style chopstick helper looks like a proper dining tool, so grown ups can eat with confidence and zero embarrassment in public. - NON-SLIP WOOD GRIP CHOPSTICK TRAINER: Natural wood sticks give steadier control than slippery plastic. The V hinge keeps both tips aligned so food does not twist away, for a calmer, steadier hold at every meal. - EASY SETUP, RIGHT OR LEFT HAND: A simple how to guide is shown in listing video. Slide both sticks into the V hinge slots, adjust the height to fit your hand, and the helper will not detach during the meal. The same helper works for either hand. - SAFE AND BUILT TO LAST: BPA free POM engineering plastic, tested by an independent lab. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Reusable for years, and if a stick breaks you simply fit another compatible pair instead of buying a whole new set. - TAKE IT ANYWHERE: The 0.9 oz (23 g) set slips into a purse or pocket for restaurants, lunch at work and trips. Keep it in your bag so sushi night never catches you unprepared. - FITS YOUR OWN PAIRS: Works with tapered wood chopsticks around 0.27 inch (0.7cm) top diameter, including similar size disposable takeout pairs. Not one size fits all, so please check the diameter first. One pair of wood chopsticks (pre-assembled) is included so you can start right away. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0756LTF4Y | | Brand Name | SENIOR ICARE | | Color | Pale green - helper, natural wood - chopstick | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (3,132) | | Included Components | Chopstick (1 pair), Helper | | Item Length | 9.5 Inches | | Item Weight | 23 Grams | | Manufacturer | Senior Care Innovation | | Manufacturer Part Number | LZ011 | | Material Type | POM Hard Engineering plastic for helper, wood for chopstick | | Model Number | LZ011 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Sets | 1 | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Shape | V-hinged | | UPC | 633632016929 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** SENIOR ICARE - **Colour:** Pale green - helper, natural wood - chopstick - **Material:** POM Hard Engineering plastic for helper, wood for chopstick - **Number of sets:** 1 - **Pattern:** Solid ## Images ![Senior ICare Adult chopstick helpers/trainers - Design for adult - BPA free POM non-toxic hard engineering plastic helper - left or right hand - Non-slippery replaceable wood chopstick - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81+jZJX47cL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Will these look childish like kids’ training chopsticks?** A: No. They're designed specifically for adults - simple, modern, and discreet.
