I find it to be a money saver, because I have a hard time using up a bag of spinach before it goes bad, and this is the perfect solution, and it tastes better and fresher than frozen chopped spinach. After opening, I store it in a jar using my vacuum sealer, and store it in my windowless pantry. I would like to tell you that it lasts a long time before it starts losing it flavour, colour and smell - but I use it up before I find out! and If you haven't tried it in smoothies, you should - especially with pineapple and citrus juices. It gives a gorgeous bright green colour, and you can't really taste it - PERFECTION! I have never been unhappy about buying Auguson Farms emergency supplies - they are always good
