**Q: Someone wrote it is 12.4" and another wrote it is 21".  That is a big difference... what is the LENGTH without handles?**
A: It’s actually 25 inches without the handles

**Q: How long will the heat last? Also can this be used on other areas?**
A: Last a good amount of time. YES you can use it on any problem areas.

**Q: How long do you heat it in a 900-watt microwave?**
A: Mine is 700 watt and I heat for a minute and half... I would start with one minute and increase by 15 sec increment s..sorry I couldn't be more helpful

**Q: How long would the heat remain?**
A: Mine usually lasts until I fall asleep because I heat it and put it under my blankets!  So my guess is about 40 minutes!

Love the feel and lavender scent. Just wish it had more stuffing. Stuffing tends to gather at ends so when I wear it around my neck there is almost nothing behind my neck. All falls to ends.
