A: The capsule can be opened yes

A: Yes! non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-free.

**Q: How long do you use this product (1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, etc.) as it states that it should not be used long term.**
A: I used it only sparingly, every other day for 2 weeks, then off for two weeks then on again sparingly.  It has 120 capsule and they suggested no more than 4 capsule a day, so if you take the maximum everyday, it will last for 30 days
