A: Fish meal, flakes corn, wheat flour,  rice bran, soybean meal, corn gluten meal, krill meal, fish pil, brewers yeast, DL-methionine, garlic, astaxanthin, canthaxanthin, choline chloride, vitamin E, stabilized vitamin C, inositol, riboflavin, vitamin A, thiamin mononitraye, pyridoxne hydrochloride, niacin, menadione sodium, bisulfate complex, etc, etc.

**Q: Does it contain copper? Thanks.**
A: They must have changed their ingredients. I see some people saying theirs does not contain copper, however I see copper on the ingredients list.

**Q: Is this good for emerald crabs, saltwater hermits?**
A: All of my shrimp and crabs love this stuff

**Q: Is this only for marine hermit crabs, or is it also for land hermit crabs?**
A: Its designed for aquatic crabs  freshwater and marine
