Review: Worked better than expected for my UTI - I was skiptical before using D mannose, as even antibiotics stopped working for my recurrent UTIs. I decided to give this a shot, as I read lots of good reviews about this product. I'm more than happy to finally find something to treat and prevent my UTIs!! One advice though, it's all about the right dosage. I took 2 pills 3 times a day for 3 days, then 2 pills twice a day for a week. You need to also be patient, my symptoms took 3 days to resolve. I made sure I drink plenyof water as well, and a pure no sugar added cranberry juice ( the one you dilute with water), once to twice a day. Miracle!

**Q: How does D-Mannose work?**
A: Actually it prevents bacteria from adhering to the bladder wall so it’s flushed out when you pee. You can take it daily to prevent UTI. It doesn’t affect blood sugar. I’ve used it for years. It’s even safe for children.

**Q: Why does amazon say that this product has a Proposition 65 warning when there is no mention of it on the bottle and no red flag ingredients?**
A: I noticed that many supplements from many different brands list this warning, I believe it is due to the silica packets commonly included in herbal supplements or the plastic bottles. I had the same concern but there is nothing in the actual ingredients that warrant the prop 65 warning.

**Q: Are these pretty large capsules, as far as somebody that has a tougher time swallowing larger pills....?**
A: I am grateful for your question because it validates my experience!
I have always had a very easy time taking pills and capsules and have always been able to take a large number at the same time. I moisten them in my mouth so they don't stick to each other.
However, these capsules--which seem regular size to me and not large--stick in my throat and are very difficult for me to swallow. It's an unusual capsule behavior that I have never before experienced. I gag and have to drink large amounts of water to get them down. I also move my head to be sure I have the best position for them to be swallowed. I change my behavior because I want them to go down right! 
That said, I continue to order them and use them because they work for me!

I have a chronic pain that I assume from UTI after eating salty foods, and I just wanted to give this a try if this will work. It sounds too good to be true but after taking in two days (3 capsules daily), the pain went away. But this is the only supplement I took. I don’t know if its my immunity or this capsule, but it is worth the try!
