Review: Awful - My cat didn't touch it.. i should have trusted the reviews Review: This brand has a new loyal customer - I had already purchased " a taste of the wild" for my two cats, so I figured what the hay, I'll buy this particular flavor in a bigger bulk, since I use it as a weekly treats for my furs. Frankly, you could get canned food for cats for cheaper, but then it's all fillers and it smells like death. I can smell actual meat in this product, and my cats reacquired their love for wet food. I don't recommend using it as a regular regimen though, as it comes with a severe case of the runs. Their regular food, is still " a taste of the wild" , just the dry version. Alternating this brand , just in 2 different versions gave my two cats excellent balance, they're happy , vital, playful and their fur is shiny! it got shinier within 2 weeks, and softer. the difference is amazing. Also 2 frequent pukers, now never even hack the slightest huff. A taste of the wild was originally recommended to me by a friend, and I can see why. When the licensing vets heard that my cats don't puke, they couldn't even believe it. Thanks!** A: 1 case of 5 .5 ounce cans is 24 **Q: Has anyone noticed any improvement in cat's coat or other health indicators?** A: I noticed a difference in my cats' coats and energy as soon as I started them on a wet food diet about a year ago (although it was not Taste of the Wild brand); their coats became much shinier and they had a lot more energy (more playful). They now eat Taste of the Wild and still maintain those healthy qualities. **Q: How many cans do I get in one unit?** A: I don't know. The cans come in two sizes. A large flat can and a small flat can. The one I see in the picture looks to be the small can. For my cat the small can is good for 2 servings. I have purchased this product from a local grocery store in New Mexico and she loved it! She would eat an entire 3oz can in 1 day. I called Taste of the Wild Co. and both times the girl who answered (probably not the same one), both were snarky and did not care nor offer me any solution besides "contact Amazon".
