The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the image, which actually came from the LG website, shows the right side of the display lighting up to show you the defrost menu options, but it does not light up in this model. This means you either need to remember what the numbers mean, look them up, or just always use 1, which I think is for meat. Other than that its a great appliance. I've had other good multi-purpose ovens like this before that worked great, but I really like that the door opens down instead of left. I was a little concerned about the power being 900W instead of 1000-1200 like most others, but that has not been an issue at all.
