It will not mix with oils unless you use an emulsifier. If the lotion includes an emulsifier, then it will work. **Q: Is this organic?** A: Product description states: "ECOCERT approved ingredient in Certified Organic products and is Salicylate and GMO FREE!" but does not state it on the bottle. **Q: Can I use this for my homemade facial wash?** A: I don't see why not. I use it in homemade hyaluronic acid serum, and also used it in a DIY eyelash growth serum with some aloe vera gel in it. I've used it in 3 different batches so far and it works well. If so, what the ratio with liquid to keep it from molding?** A: Leucidal Liquid SF has nice antibacterial properties, but is not as strong at inhibiting mold.
