First off, the wheels on the Pro don't have the ridges in them, the regular Quik Cart does. I am hoping that means the solid wheels on the Pro cart will not wear out as quickly as the ridged one's do (which split down the center after about 300 miles is put on them: I put on about 2 miles a day dragging mine around campus, and they seem to wear out just under a year of school, so I'd say about 180 days worth of pulling it behind me). Second is the side snap-on's for rigidity. On the regular cart, they snap on, on the Pro, it slides into place instead. I used to have to use wire ties to keep the snap-on's in place after lifting the lid on and off at each class. Once, one fell off and got run over, I was just thankful that I still had the support snap-on's from my old cart to use. Third is how the lid fits. Much tighter. Snaps down better. Seems to be thicker also. Tighter fit means that it is just as hard to get off as the regular lid, but you don't want it blowing off in winds, which my regular Quik-cart did a couple of times. I thought it had snapped into place, and it hadn't. Driver's error on those times, not the cart's fault. **Q: can you hang file folders in this?** A: No, there was no way to hang hanging file folders inside. The gaps are just slightly too large for even a legal sized folder to hang from. I was able to fit a desktop file organizer inside, but it took some muscle to get it in there. **Q: What are inside dimensions of the box when open?** A: 15 1/2 BY 12 1/2 13 1/2 HIGH **Q: Manufacturer location?** A: Wow, I wasn't sure about the manufacturer location and I always do my best to purchase items made in the US and thought it was. I double checked on the cart and on the underside of the lid it reads "make in China." I'm not going to return it of course because it fits my need but I guess I should make sure on future purchases. I've used similar carts for years, and frankly, I'm rather hard on them. Usually they start falling apart after 12 months use, if that. But this one has been different. I'm finally getting my second one after nearly four years. The first one is still in pretty good shape except for the handle, which has started to lose the ability to collapse smoothly when I put it away. The three-wheel-per-side system really does help it go up and down stairs much more easily, and after years of rough use, none of the wheels have fallen off or broken. In addition, while the plastic box itself doesn't LOOK any tougher than other carts I've had, the sides and bottom are still solid. These pieces on other carts have cracked or broken after heavy use, but the plastic parts on this cart seem to be made out of a tougher material. So my opinion is, even though it's a lot more money than similar carts, it is actually worth it.
