It is MUCH better than the professional bench in my gym. In that one the range of motion is limited, I bought this one because I needed a proper range of motion due to problems in my back. I am 100% happy with the exercises this bench allows. The item was not difficult to assemble, all nuts and bolts were neatly organized and pieces fit well with no struggle. You find the wrenches in the package but, obviously, it’s easier if you have proper tools. I assembled alone with the tool provided. Had there been two persons and proper tools, assembly would have been a breeze.
