An extra-strength formula with calming eucalyptus, it helps soothe, moisturize, and relieve severe nasal congestion at night. It starts working in seconds to help you get better sleep as it helps with sinus pressure, nasal blockage and helps you breathe easier. Its comforting mist helps relieve runny noses and flushes out dust, dirt, pollen and congestion from nasal and sinus passages. Use as often as needed as this non-habit forming, drug-free saline nasal spray can be used with prescriptions and OTC medications. It’s steroid-free and made with safe ingredients including purified water, salt, eucalyptus, menthol and ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda. Review: WOW! I had a Chronic Sinus Infection for 20 yrs... Love the Euclaliptus - I cannot hardly believe the results of this product. I had a 20 year deep sinus infection caused by a C-Pap machine. Only used the C-pap machine for 6 months & realized the damage it was doing to my sinuses & quit. But the sinus damage was done,... long term stuffiness, sneezing eveery morning, & runny nose. Docs had no answers except drug sprays that didn't work & just made things worse & actually damaged the liniing of my nose. Eventually I looked for a 'natural' less harsh cure. Vitamine did not help. Ocean Saline spray seemed to help a little so I used it for abut 2 years. Then It was not avail anymore so I tried off-brand saline sprays but they were weak pretenders. Saw this style of saline spray on desertcart, didn't know what it was for sure. But WOW. This stuff has more controlled power behind the spray & a great distribution tip. Pre-pressurized make for a nice, uniform application. TIP: I used a different procedure from the one sugg on the bottle: I don't do the 'spray in one side of the nose & have it flush out thru the other. Instead'. Instead, I spray each side loading saline into both sides & inhaling slightly,...then tilt my head back & this causes drainage down the back of my throat & I spit it out. Uses less solution, not as messy, more control & works! I alternate between the Regular Saline version, the Extra Saline version, & the Yellow can version with an herb additive. The herb additive version does sting a bit but I believe it is well worth the discomfort. That's why I alternate. I also try to lay down after spraying to encourage the solution to penetrate deeper & stay longer bathing nose lining. I spray about one second in each nostral, which is not the hold & flush out approach they suggest. After using this first week I also avoided blowing my nose (unless absolutely necessary) after each treatment to encourage bathing the nose lining. One treatment in the mornng, one before bed. Often sleeping on my side encouraged nose to decongest naturally & encouraged clear breathing. NOSE & SINUSES HAVE A MORE NATURAL RHYTHM NOW. No harsh chemical sprays or pills. Review: This stuff is great! - First off Yes it does burn a little but I love this stuff. It is way more effective than the standard saline spray from the same brand. I have been using the standard stuff at night for a while because for whatever reason laying down makes me kinda stuffy which is not great for sleeping and saline helps but it doesnt stay clear long. So I decided to try this stuff and it is great. It clears my nose fast and it stays that way for a lot longer. 2 things I have learned though. It does burn for about the first 10 seconds when used but it isnt excruciating. If you have a low pain tolerance it might be an issue but I just tough it out the same way I do with strong mouthwashes that burn sometimes because it works so well. The other thing is you dont need a lot! I dont need to fill my nose with mist like the original I was usuing. just one brief spritz in each side and I am usually good to go. Also if you spray a ton of it out in your nose at once the burning is also a little worse so that is another reason to not to use too much. All in all I love it. Obviously in a perfect world I would prefer it not burn at all but there isn't really much they can do about it. The eucalyptus is what causes the burning sensation but it is also what makes it work so well. considering how effective this is and how minor the burning is for me I will gladly keep using it.

**Q: Why can't you use the nighttime mist during the day? Or can you?**
A: I swear by this product. I haven’t ordered it on Amazon til now- it’s on “add-on” and I search stores for it. Some carry some don’t. It’s fenerally about the same price everywhere but I’ve paid up to $11.99. My dr had given me a prescription for a nasal spray and the pharmacist had advised me to try the regular one. After using the NIGHTIME - I’ll never go back if possible. If you have Any itch, sickness w congestion, runny nose- use it. The everyday use with the nightime can make some people get itchy throat I’ve heard, but this is due to the plant extract- “”””Eucalyptus””” (main/only real difference) I use it daily all day when I’m flaring up or sick and if not just at night before bed. If not i wake up with migraine headaches due to sinus / allergies. Try it! Maybe go with the reg, get your passages and throat used to the drip down and then you can switch over and adapt with ease. I do find if i over use the product I can feel it in my throat on occasion the day after. If you have migraines from sinus pressure like me- you’ll forever trust me! :) I have multiple medical courses/license in areas and i suggest to my patients when needed as well. My kids use the baby version.

**Q: Can i use this nasal spray at day time l? or inly at night time?**
A: You can use it in the day or night. The night time one has eucalyptus and menthol, for me it has a slightly burning sensation and smells a little like Vicks vapor rub. But after about 10 minutes it does seem to help with a stopped up nose. This is not something that I use all the time just when I have a cold and my nose is stopped up.

**Q: Is it normal that it has a white color? I used it for the first time and the liquid was white**
A: Yes it is a white liquid spray. I have used it for years, I really like it. I use the night time and the regular.
