I have very thick course hair so use more product than someone with fine hair. Sometimes I mix it with a Moroccan product because Frizz Ease is so economical. **Q: Im A man with medium length wavey/curly hair will this help control frizz and keep my curl intact?** A: In my opinion, yes. My husband also now has hair just below his shoulders that's got some wavy curl but had started to get frizzy and I gave him a bottle. He really likes it.
