**Q: I bought this and can't make the pump work, any tips?**
A: I bought five bottles before I was able to make the pump work.  Now, when I finish a bottle, I transfer the working pump to a new one.  It's a pain and I keep thinking I should find a product with better packaging but I really like how it works on my skin.  I've written to Aveeno with no response, so their customer service is evidently as crappy as their packaging.

**Q: Do they test on animals?**
A: Aveeno pays and allows their products to be tested on animals when required by law. Aveeno also sells its products in stores in mainland China where animal testing is mandatory for most imported cosmetics. In addition, Aveeno is owned by Johnson & Johnson, a parent company that is also not cruelty-free.

**Q: how do you pump it? mine is rock solid**
A: Press down and turn until it clicks!! Then press again.

**Q: How is this product and product line with oily skin?**
A: I love this line works well with my skin and I have oily skin as well does not do anything extra face feels very soft after used!
