**Q: Why was it broken as soon as it came out of the box**
A: Dear Customer, Please contact the seller/Amazon regarding refund/replacement in case there is damage to the POP. Usually they are not taken out of the boxes before selling, so the seller can't know if there is damage to the actual POP figure. 

However, Amazon usually offer replacement/refund and other sellers like us offer free returns and refund.
