They seem very durable and expect them to last a few seasons. Fit: These are T10 knee pads. But don't worry I don't know the difference either. According to the packaging its a sizing measurement and these are made to fit 11-15.5" measurements taken above the knee where the top elastic would fit. My 6th grader is what I would say is average to petite for her age. These fit her very well. Not too loose and not uncomfortably tight.
