U-POL Raptor Tintable Urethane Spray-On Truck Bed Liner Kit is a 4-liter, 2-component urethane system designed for direct application on most vehicle surfaces. It offers superior scratch, stain, and UV resistance while providing sound deadening and waterproof protection. The kit includes a free spray gun and hardener, enabling rapid drying and customizable tinting to match your vehicle’s color. Covering up to 125 sq. ft., it cures quickly for both light and regular-duty use, delivering professional-grade durability and a textured finish ideal for truck beds, bumpers, and more.

## Description

U-Pol Bed Liner Kit Tintable is a 2-component urethane system designed for application directly to most original manufacturers' paint finishes or any self-etching primer surface. Dries rapidly, resists stains and abrasion, and protects against rust, corrosion, UV damage, and extreme temperatures. Also makes an excellent sound deadener under or inside vehicles. Waterproof material stays flexible and reduces road noise and vibration. Easy to Apply: Simply fill, shake, and shoot! Add hardener to fill line of the bed liner, shake bottle, and spray on with applicator gun. Apply with an even-sweeping motion to obtain the required texture. Bed liner can also be rolled or brushed to obtain different textures. The surface should be lightly sanded or scuffed and free of dirt and rust for proper adhesion. If bare metal is present, treat with U-Pol #8 Acid Primer before applying bed liner. Kit Includes: (4) 750 ml (25 oz) bottles of bed liner base (tintable) (1) application spray gun (requires 8 cfm @ 50-60 psi compressed air) (1) 1 liter of hardener (1) instructions SPECIFICATIONS: At 68°F - Pot Life is 60 minutes. Cure Time: touch dry <1 hour subject to film buildup. Light-Duty Use: 2-3 days. Regular-Duty Use: 5-7 days. Coverage: 125 square feet (standard 8 ft bed). Total kit makes 1.06 US gallons. Additional coats can be applied after 60 minutes. UV Resistant - Will not fade. Scratch and stain resistant. Helps deaden sounds and vibrations. Rapid drying - Spray 2nd coat within an hour. I used the U-POL Raptor Tintable Urethane Spray-On Truck Bed Liner on my truck and I’m extremely impressed with the results. The finish came out professional looking, durable, and much better than I expected for a DIY application. One of the best features is being able to tint it to match the vehicle color, which gave my truck a really custom appearance. The coating sprayed evenly and the texture came out clean and consistent using a standard spray gun setup. It also covered very well and bonded strongly once cured. After it dried, the surface felt extremely tough and resistant to scratches and impacts. I’ve already hauled tools and equipment in the bed and the liner has held up great. It also works well for bumpers, rocker panels, and other custom projects. For the price, this product is an incredible value compared to professional spray-in bed liner services. Definitely recommend U-POL Raptor if you want a durable, high-quality bed liner with a custom look.

Excellent product. I purchased the tintable version and was pleased with the results. The pictures speak a thousand words. What I did not like about it was the size of the containers. When you add in tbe 8oz, then try to add the tint, you run out of room and not all the tint can be added. Then you also need room for the tube of the supplied air gun to also fit without overflowing. To solve this I ended up pouring some of the material out into a plastic cup then when I was done with the bottle I could then pour the cup back into the bottle and spray the rest. For this truck I was able to complete the job with 3 bottles-and it was a good thing because there isn't enough hardner supplied to put 8 oz into the 4th bottle. Overall I am pleased. See the before and after pictures.
