This yuzu extract adds a divine and complex citrusy note that is hard to achieve using fresh citrus zest. I also love the fact that it doesn’t contain any class 2 preservatives. I have been a fan of Sprig products in general and their chilli oil is something I can’t live without (so much so that I keep extra bottles in the pantry).
