I had really bad nerve pain between my upper thigh and lower back. So I put three of these on at the worst pain points. The pain was almost gone within 12 hours and completely gone by the day after that. . Normally, if I don't have magnets the pain lasts a number of days, and I can barely move. I put them on, on July 30th and they are still on now, 12th August. I'll probably leave them on until they start peeling off. I put them on after cleaning the skin with an alcohol wipe and made sure the skin was dry before applying them. I have showered numerous times and they're still stuck fast. I'm really pleased that they can be re-used with a new bit of plaster. But I'll be sure to check which side has got to go to the plaster and which to the skin. I've got a permanent marker in case the red indicator line that's on them comes off. I have plenty of magnets now, so I think they're good value for money, especially as they are re-usable. Put a few of the magnets together with a piece of string held inbetween them and dangle them from the string. The North side of the magnets will turn and point Northwards then score or mark the South side of the magnets so you can tell the difference **Q: Has anyone found relief from nausea by using these magnets on the acupoint on the wrists? Thanks** A: I found no relief wherever I placed them. **Q: How long do they usually take to work/feel any improvement?** A: For me they take a few hours. I usually put them on, when I have really bad pain in the morning, and by the end of the day it's mostly gone usually. By the next day I only have pain if I press on the area that hurt. Even when the pain has gone I leave them on till they're ready to fall off, which can be a few weeks. Then I save them to be used again with new plasters, making sure the magnets are the right way. I wouldn't be without my magnets, they're marvellous. **Q: Do these come in different flesh shades or just caucasian?** A: Just Caucasian as far as I'm aware. But there's nothing to stop you using them with other suitable plasters. Just make sure that the little red line on the magnet is facing the plaster and the plain side to your skin. I had to change them after 7 days as they started getting dirty but were still stuck fast. If you need to buy replacement sticky pads then get them from here as there are some terrible replacements from other sellers. I looked on line for magnetic therapy and look for the best place to put the magnets depending on what you need them for.
