**Q: Does this contain erythritol**
A: 99% is erythritol which is a sweetener as well. So, this is not really stevia - just 1%.

**Q: Can you use it instead of sugar to make jam?**
A: Pure Via® Stevia Leaf Sweet Granules can indeed be used to replace a part of the sugar content when making jams, but not all. Jam production does need a minimum amount of sugar to ensure the jam becomes jelly-like.

Why not try the below to make your own jam at home? Instead of using 500g sugar for 500g fruit, you can use:
