This white chocolate is so easy to melt, when done slowly it doesn't crumble or dry out. It is even suitable to be melted on low power in the microwave. It works perfectly for mirror glace as well. The flavour is perfect. One star less for the arriving melted but I would give it 5 stars for the price- quality balance.
