I sleep through the entire night, which I haven't done in years. I usually toss and turn and wake up several times and have trouble both getting to sleep and staying asleep. I awoke refreshed, which also never happens. And I had zero leg, or foot cramps during the night, which hasn't happened in at least 5 years! Tonight as I sit here and type this I have made an electrolyte drink and am drinking it as I'm getting ready for bed and I can feel it working already. I can feel my muscles relaxing.
