I did have a problem with hard shifting into second gear I used Lucas Transmission fix and have not had any problems since. If you shift solenoid is out it will kick on your engine check light telling you so and which one. **Q: my transmission on 2 nd gear make a slight slip ! do you think its the solenoide?** A: Im not 100% sure but the solenoide only changes fulid direction to cause the trans to shift.
