Review: Magic in a bottle - I have been struggling with severe stress and anxiety for a while now and have always hated pharmaceuticals. I have also known about this herb for years and have always put off buying it. Ordered 8/2/26 and it came the following morning. I started it that same morning and after a few hrs believe it or not I could tell the difference. I took one in the night and slept the best I have in a very long time. It’s been only a few days and I am able to remain calm and my anxiety is way less. I truly believe if you are struggling very bad you will see immediate results. I plan on staying on it. Prefer the holistic way any day over prescriptions with too much side effects. I’m in a better mood and feel relaxed throughout the day. This is a win!

It takes 4-8 weeks to have effects but if you have super high cortisol/anxiety you could feel the effects sooner as I did.

**Q: About how long until you feel less stress after you take it regularly?**
A: I started taking this product for a few reasons but the first one was because of stress and I just felt like crap all the time.  I did notice within a few days that my mood was better and I was feeling relaxed. I have to be careful taking this because I have a underactive thyroid and I take medication for it. During my research I found that the reason for my weight gain may be due to Cortisol and this product may help to reduce that.  What I discovered was I actually really felt better as far as energy and mood and I also lost weight and that was Awesome! I slept better as well.  My thinking/memory is better, my appetit is better, as for the weight loss I had tried everything to lose weight but instead like clockwork I would gain weight every single month so this was a big relief to see I actually lost weight.  The only downside of taking this product and it may just be because of my thyroid meds/condition is I did have very loose stools it may have been I was taking too much so I have reduced the amount and it seems to be working out better.  I hope this helps someone.

A: Ashwagandha help improve sleep for some people and interferes with it for others... like me.  I learned to take it early in the day for that reason.
