Review: Ask yourself: Would you pay $15 for pain free knees? - A year or 2 ago I was recommended this product from a family member and I am very grateful she did. After years of heavy deadlifting and squats my knees started to feel achy and have sharp pains. I started taking this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and after a week started to notice that my knees just felt better. I could go to the gym and do the workouts that I loved to do with no pain! Whenever I stop taking this, I do notice the aches and pains start coming back. I’ve bought like 7-8 bottles of this which is like $120 so $60 a year for better pain free knees is worth it to me! Upsides -Fast -Effective -Affordable -Actually see results within a week -Easy on the stomach -Might be an HSA eligible product Only downsides: -Tatse like cough syrup -You have to keep taking it -Has Vitamin D in it which is nice, but taking it on an empty stomach will not allow your body to absorb it (you need fat to absorb Vitamin D)

**Q: What is this sourced from? Is this vegan?**
A: Joint Movement Glucosamine is not vegan. The Vitamin D3 is derived from wool oil and the Chondroitin Sulfate is derived from bovine, porcine, and avian sources.

**Q: Where do I get the pill form of the Joint ?**
A: The liquid is far better plus the pills contains shell fish which I am allergic to. My Mom is 88 and she took the liquid faithfully for over a year and Sam’s Club stop carrying the liquid and offered the capsules instead so, we were forced into the capsules. She is a great indicator of whether or not a supplement works and she says that the liquid works to reduce her pain but the capsules DO NOT!!!!

**Q: The ad says a 3 pack,so am I getting 3 16oz bottles or 1?**
A: i don't think so even as ad says 3 pack, must be a mistake, i rec'd 1 for 12.84.....ask seller a ?

**Q: Does it taste bad? Will I need to mix it with something?**
A: It tastes absolutely awful! Like medicine "disguised" with some berry flavoring. AND it leaves a bad aftertaste.
BUT, it seems to work, so I just suck it up and suffer for a few minutes.

This reduces the frequency and severity of my hip pain. Whenever I stop taking it, my hip pain tends to worsen, so I will continue taking it. I mix this with water and it's tolerable.
