Will this help control that?** A: I can't say this would help that. **Q: What does this smell like?** A: It has a very fresh scent but not too strong. **Q: Should I use this product to wash my face and put tropical cream after or is the tropical cream unnecessary?** A: I would say it just depends on what kind of facial conditioning you're looking to get out of the product. I didn't use them tropical cream but got good results. **Q: Whats the ingredients list?** A: I no longer have the box and could read the bottle. In the customer review section, another reviewer included a copy of the ingredients that is easy read. Perhaps you could look that up and see the photo of the ingredients. It removes the oil without drying out your skin. I have fair sensitive combination skin that gets small tiny white head pimples with changes in weather or any irritants in the air. I use this in the shower followed by a light moisturizer for sensitive skin (Neutrogena sensitive skin moisturizer) and it helps with the acne.
