The only way to reverse it would be mount to upside down, if you did that the mounting screw would be on top where it would be seen **Q: Does it rattle much when unrolling paper? The Miseno version takes too much.** A: Doesn’t rattle at all. You set the holder at the position you want it from the wall and it stays in place unless you reset it to another distance. This is absolutely the best toilet paper holder I’ve ever had. **Q: Is this Made in china?** A: Hello, this product is made in Mexico. **Q: The mounting instructions show the screws need to align horizontally. Can it be installed with screws lining up vertically?** A: I believe that they need to be horizontal due to the configuration of the internal piece that is mounted to the wall.
