I spent a long time looking at replacement coffee machines, when my old one stopped working. I decided on this model & haven't regretted it at all! The design is nice & compact, plus looks great in my kitchen (black & chrome go with my other items). The detachable water tank is easy to hold & carry & makes for filling it very convenient. It's also quick to make a full pot & relatively easy to clean, although the bottom of the water tank is difficult to get to... But, by far the best feature of this model (and the reason I chose it over other, cheaper, options) is the insulated jug. I was tired of making coffee with my old machine & then going to pour a cup later, to find it was cold (glass jug)! Not so with this jug! It keeps the heat for hours, so I can make coffee in the morning for breakfast & still have a hot cup for lunch & even later in the day! Amazing!

No drip filter point and no drip insulated jug of elegant robust design, (all cheaper ones I've seen, drip on both). Instructions are simple. Quick top brew with optional slow robust setting. Keeps your coffee hot over 2 hours without burning it. Easy to clear. Descaling function RECOMMENDED
