The packaging does not state organic anywhere but says: "Synergenics Advanced Berberine supplement is made using the highest quality Berberine." I take this, butter melon capsules, mega-benfotimine, turmeric, chromium, and a blood sugar stabilizer. **Q: How good is the quality?** A: Quality -- if you are asking if it helps my glucose numbers then for me personally it is a yes. I found this brand here on Amazon and thought I would try it because it had great reviews. I have a very sensitive system and can't have products that have fillers, etc because I immediately react poorly. I LOVE THIS STUFF!! No fillers and it works so great! I have been taking this for about 2 months so I have had time to really see if it is good or not. It works on so many levels and is subtle. I have a big blood sugar problem and was taking gymnema that was given to me by my nature path, but I found I was taking more and more of it but the blood sugar was still high. This berberine completely takes care of my blood sugar so it is in normal range now. But the big difference I see is I am not depressed anymore. I am actually happy! That happened about a month into taking this and was so subtle, that I realized one day that I was actually happy. I ran out of this berberine and ordered more and when not taking it I could feel myself going back into worrying and depression. I got the new bottle and started again and was happy again. I don't care if I need to take this for the rest of my life- this is a great product and does the job! I feel so good on this! **UPDATE** April 14, 2018. I still think this is the best! I am going to a naturopath who put me on “doctor” products that had berberine in them. So I decided to stop taking this berberine around November of last year. I had been loosing weight like crazy on this, but I figured I am still getting berberine so I will be ok. Well the weight loss screeched to a halt, and by the end of February I was trying to figure out what changed. I finally started taking this berberine again and whoosh! the weight loss started again. I feel so good on this and my body just loves it. I feel happy and my blood sugar is good and the weight just drops off and nothing else has changed.
