Review: Rookie mistake - Being new to open water swimming the description of this led me to believe it actually was 1mm thick and could thus be worn to add an extra layer of warmth under the wetsuit. But no, this is incredibly thin, far thinner than even my thinnest swimsuit. The worst thing about it though is that the zip does not go anything like far enough down to slip it off your shoulders even when dry. Try doing it when wet and under your dry robe or towelling poncho and I think the best contortionists would struggle!
