A: This product is very powerful as a meat grinder but after you have your meat ready to stuff your casings it takes a lot of work, better to buy a stuffer to save time.

**Q: What detergent is safe to use?**
A: I use Dawn dish detergent. Make sure all pieces are completely DRY before save it.  It is very important that pieces or dry, any wetness will cause pieces to rust. I don't think detergent matters.

**Q: Is this dish washer safe? If not why.**
A: No parts for any grinder are dish washer safe. They will corrode. It doesn't take much effort to scrub something clean

**Q: What sizes of cutting discs and mortise accessories are suitable for this product?**
A: What you need comes with the equipment.
