Review: Not a non stick product - Used it for 2 years. It’s a neat pan that you can wash and use with a lot of oil. It is not non-stick. We’ve switched to steel which performs much better. I now consider this product a waste of money.

**Q: Can it be used on a flat top stove?**
A: Not sure what you mean by a "flat-top stove" but it works perfectly on a electric ceramic top stove stove.  Can't get any flatter than that.  It has a slightly thicker bottom and the bottom is perfectly flat.

**Q: Is the bottom flat?  I am tired of pans that wobble on my glass stove top.**
A: Many pans get warped when people take them off a hot stove and put them directly under cool water in the sink.  That extreme temperature change can warp the bottom of many pans.  Not sure about this one.

**Q: What's the precise diameter of the flat part of the base of this 12“ skillet that is in direct contact with the stove/heat?**
A: The internal flat area is about 10.5", external about 11". There is not a lot of curving on the side, it's pretty much straight up with a rounded edge.

Used it for 2 years. It’s a neat pan that you can wash and use with a lot of oil. It is not non-stick. We’ve switched to steel which performs much better. I now consider this product a waste of money.

Never performed up to expectations. Non stick was decent for things like meat or vegetables. But whenever I tried to make a French omelette, I'd get a sticky mess, even with lots of butter.
