The SAFAVIEH Natural Fiber collection rounds out any room; subtle color variations are to be expected and reflect the natural character of plant fibers.

Review: Before and after! - I decided to paint and update curtains and area rug; what a huge difference! I’m obsessed with this rug. Color is natural/grey. Curtains, shades, rug, all from desertcart.
Review: Great chunky runner - I received this runner within a few days after ordering on desertcart. It arrived rolled and well packaged. I love the colors of this runner! So natural looking with a great blue-gray color weaved into it. All my rooms are gray based neutrals and for the bathrooms I chose a blue-gray. Everyone that sees it asked why I painted them blue but it’s blue-gray! So I’m thrilled with the blue-gray carpet because it looks so wonderful in that hallway! The rug is quite chunky and a bit tough on bare feet but I feel it will tolerate the heavier traffic of the hallway. It had a smell when I first laid it out but that has dissipated. Lays flat. I will have to put something underneath to keep it from sliding on the wood floor. Don’t know if it sheds since I haven’t had it long enough to find out. Love it!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I get my rug edges to lie flat?**
A: Rugs are rolled or folded for safe transit, so creases and curled edges are to be expected. Lay the rug flat, or reverse-roll and the marks will release within a few days.

**Q: Why does my rug look different than the photo?**
A: Because the fibers lie in one direction, the rug appears lighter from one end and darker from the other, with the tone shifting as you move around it. Room lighting and screen settings can also affect how the color reads.

**Q: Why does my rug shed?**
A: A little shedding is normal on a new rug, and it subsides within a few days as the loose fibers work their way out.We suggest vacuuming regularly without a beater bar to help it along.

**Q: Why does my rug smell?**
A: A light scent is normal after a rug has been rolled and wrapped for shipping. Let air circulate through the room and it will fade within a few days.

**Q: How do I clean my rug?**
A: Vacuum regularly in the direction of the pile, not against it, and skip the beater bar. Blot spills rather than rubbing them. Natural fiber rugs should be shaken out to release dirt and debris, avoid wet cleaning.
