It works great. I use it to fill the smaller bottles for table use, then wash it out. Buying the Cholula in this large size is way more inexpensive than buying the smaller bottles of Cholula. **Q: is this the sauce you get when you get those little cups to go?** A: Timothy, I'm not the manufacturer but a consumer -- by far the most socially populated Cholula is the "Original," and outside of old school Tabasco, it's about as commonplace in restaurants as any hot sauce in the world. So the answer to your question is no, as you asked it specifically about the "Chipotle" version...which I think is richer by virtue of being smoky and using a different pepper.
