Q: I am 6ft 204lbs. i bought the xl jacket. does anyone else have issues with bending the arms and it gets too tight around the elbow and shoulder?

I haven't had any issues, but I'm 25 pounds less than you. I'd argue this jacket is so warm, that if it felt tight, you should just wear a thinner under shirt. You really don't need much with this hot box on :)

yes the arms on these jackets seem to be tighter then they should.
